Why are some of my called on HCPs not available?

The RepMail Program is for designated targets only and is not available for called on HCPs that are not a designated target.

How do I update the address listed for a HCP?

Update both the called on and primary address for the HCP in Fusion. You will see the new address in RepMail Request with the next target file refresh scheduled about the 5th of every month.

When are the letters mailed?

Letters are downloaded and processed each Tuesday at approximately 7am ET. Letters are mailed within 5 business days.

Where can I view the program materials?

You can view and/or download PDFs of all available letters, BRCs, and inserts under the Media Library.

What are the program business rules?
  • An HCP cannot receive more than 1 letter/flashcard within a 7 day period
  • An HCP cannot receive the same letter more than once within a 14 day period
  • An HCP cannot receive the same letter more than 3 times Fiscal YTD
  • Rep can request up to the maximum number of letters allotted for their territory per week (Tuesday – Monday). Weekly caps for Professional Marketing and Health Services vary by territory and can be found in the Weekly Request counter section of the Select Letters page (upper left-hand corner of the Letter Selection grid).
